1. Who we are

This website is operated by MAXIMETA LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (file no. 10815839), trading as "Trunk". Mailing address: 8200 NW 41st Street, 2nd Floor, Doral, FL 33166, United States. Email: contact@trunkcases.com. In these terms, "Trunk", "we" and "us" mean MAXIMETA LLC, and "you" means anyone who visits the site or buys from it.

2. Using the site

By browsing or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping policy, our Returns & Refunds policy and our Privacy policy. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.

3. Products

  • Each case is made for one specific device model. Please double-check your model before ordering. On an iPhone, you'll find it under Settings › General › About.
  • We do our best to show colors and finishes accurately, but they can look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.
  • Trunk is an independent brand and isn't affiliated with Apple Inc. iPhone and AirPods are trademarks of Apple Inc., used only to show which device each product fits.

4. Orders and prices

  • Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you the order confirmation.
  • Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we'll let you know and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
  • We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If you've already paid, we refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are explained in our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they're delivered to you or to someone you nominate.

7. Returns and your right to cancel

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which also includes the withdrawal form. If you live in the EU, Switzerland or Norway, this goes beyond your legal 14-day right of withdrawal and doesn't reduce it.

8. Warranty

Our cases come with a 12-month Trunk warranty against manufacturing defects, on top of your legal guarantee rights (at least 2 years in the EU). Details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

9. Liability

We're responsible for the products we sell and for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under product liability laws.

Our cases are designed to protect against everyday bumps, drops and scratches, but no case can guarantee that a device will never be damaged.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Trunk name, logo, photos, videos and text, belongs to us or our licensors. Please don't copy or reuse it without our written permission.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. If something goes wrong, email us first. Most issues get sorted quickly that way.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
