If relevant department of the municipal government introduces new regulations concerning the payment of water and electricity charges, heating fee, property management fee and in-house maintenance fee, it shall be subject to the new regulations.
5. To pay the expenses for handling the procedures related to house property right registration and House Ownership Certificate by rule.
6. To pay related expenses that should be paid by individual by rule when selling the house.
